Serving authentic German Bratwurst sausages (pork & veal), Kransky sausages  (smoked beef) & Currywurst & Garlic bratwurst

All products are made from local W.A. produce and contain no preservatives or artificial flavours, and are gluten free.

These are cooked on possibly the world’s largest cast iron frying pan which has been unique to Bratwurst Bar since its conception in 2004.

The sausages are served in fresh bread rolls {baked daily} with sauerkraut & onions.

Bratwurst Bar also has freshly baked pretzels available daily.
